1 Introduction

Welcome to CX Bat. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and CX Bat ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the CX Bat website, creating an account, or using any of the services offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one CX Bat account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid mobile number, and a secure password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. CX Bat will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

  • You must not share your account with any other person.
  • You must not allow any other person to access or use your account.
  • You must notify CX Bat support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
  • CX Bat is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player failed to keep their credentials secure.

Account verification is required before your first withdrawal. CX Bat may request a copy of a government-issued ID and proof of your registered mobile banking number. Verification is a one-time process and is designed to protect your account and ensure funds are sent to the correct person.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

CX Bat accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the only accepted payment methods. Deposits made through any other channel will not be credited and CX Bat cannot be held responsible for funds sent via unsupported methods.

Deposits are credited to your CX Bat wallet instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number and the support team will investigate.

  • Minimum deposit: as displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
  • Maximum deposit: subject to the limits shown in your account settings.
  • Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile banking number used for your most recent deposit.
  • Verified accounts receive withdrawals within 10 minutes during normal operating hours.
  • Unverified accounts must complete identity verification before any withdrawal is processed.
  • CX Bat reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals.

Note: Withdrawals will only be sent to a mobile banking number registered in your own name. Requests to send funds to a third-party number will be declined and may trigger a security review of your account.

CX Bat does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges. CX Bat has no control over third-party fees.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

CX Bat offers a welcome bonus to new players and runs regular promotions for existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out here.

  • Bonuses are credited automatically upon meeting the qualifying conditions — no manual claim is required unless stated otherwise.
  • All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be made.
  • Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Expired bonuses are removed from your account automatically.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games on CX Bat use certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by the platform, the player, or any third party. CX Bat publishes its fairness credentials and players may verify outcomes for supported games.

In the event of a technical error — such as a disconnection during a live game, a display error, or a software malfunction — CX Bat reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a technical error are not valid and will not be paid out.

  • Players must not use any software, script, or tool that automates gameplay or provides an unfair advantage.
  • Collusion between players in any game is strictly prohibited.
  • Any attempt to exploit a software bug or error for financial gain will result in immediate account suspension.
  • CX Bat's decision on all game-related disputes is final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on CX Bat and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

  • Registering more than one account.
  • Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
  • Using another person's identity or payment method.
  • Attempting to launder money through the platform.
  • Abusing bonuses or promotions in bad faith.
  • Using automated bots, scripts, or software to play games.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Threatening, harassing, or abusing CX Bat staff or other players.
  • Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the CX Bat platform.

Warning: CX Bat actively monitors accounts for suspicious activity. Players found to be in violation of these rules will have their accounts closed without notice and any remaining balance will be forfeited. CX Bat reserves the right to report suspected fraud or money laundering to the relevant authorities.

8 Privacy & Data

CX Bat collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that document.

CX Bat will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is used solely to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and provide customer support.

  • All data transmitted between your device and CX Bat servers is encrypted using TLS.
  • CX Bat stores only the minimum data necessary to operate your account.
  • You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support, subject to any legal retention obligations.

11 Changes to These Terms

CX Bat reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For significant changes, CX Bat will notify players via email or an in-platform notification.

Continued use of the CX Bat platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
